She is the visionary founder of Higher Ground, which will host its inaugural spiritual conference on September 26–27, 2025—a gathering designed to awaken, heal, and equip believers for deeper intimacy with God. She is also the founder of Valiant Academy, an online Christian educational initiative launched during the pandemic to raise up bold, spiritually mature leaders for the next generation.
With over 20 years of active ministry, Chezere—affectionately known as Lady O—has faithfully served both locally and internationally as a conference speaker and revivalist. Her mandate is clear: to guide others toward wholeness, spiritual maturity, and divine purpose through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. She ministers first to the presence of the Lord and follows His lead with unwavering obedience.
Her engaging seminars and workshops serve as transformative experiences that encourage participants to actively listen and respond to the voice of God, fostering a profound connection with their faith. By creating an inviting atmosphere where individuals feel safe to explore their spirituality, she effectively nurtures a community of believers eager to deepen their understanding and relationship with the divine. Her commitment to inspiring others is evident as she empowers attendees to rise in their spiritual authority and clarity, equipping them with the tools needed for personal growth and enlightenment. The authenticity she brings to her teachings resonates deeply, making her a trusted guide for those yearning for deeper spiritual encounters. As participants leave her sessions feeling invigorated and inspired, they carry forward the messages learned, spreading the light of faith within their own communities. Ultimately, her dedication not only transforms individual lives but also strengthens the collective spirit of those seeking a closer walk with God.
Her spiritual journey has birthed a number of impactful ministries including Wings of Worship, which teaches the heavenly language of liturgical dance; Surge, a revival movement igniting informal worship gatherings in homes; and Secret Place Prayer Clinics, which trains believers in the technology of prayer and communion with the Spirit. These ministries reflect her deep passion for helping others cultivate intimacy with the Holy Spirit and fulfill their divine calling.
Chezere has mentored believers across the nation—from emerging voices to established leaders. Her mentees have gone on to write books, plant ministries, open businesses, and disciple others—producing lasting fruit to the glory of God. She carries a mantle to reach those stuck in their Christian walk, especially those navigating the discovery of their calling.
Her greatest desire is "to keep her face in His face"—a phrase that reflects her lifestyle of devotion and serves as an invitation for others to do the same. She serves faithfully in leadership at Greater King’s Chapel in Abingdon, VA alongside her husband, Pastor Lucious B. Oliver II. Together, they reside in High Point, NC, with their family and fur baby, Maple.

Tiffany Rourk, born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, is a passionate and anointed vessel of God. Marked by a deep connection with the Lord from an early age, she received the Holy Ghost with the manifestation of speaking in tongues at just four years old. By age seven, she was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. From childhood, God began to develop prophetic gifts within her, speaking to her and revealing signs and wonders that laid the foundation for her ministry.
Tiffany faithfully served under Pastor Ronald Turner at Azusa Street Ministries during her early years, growing in faith and spiritual discipline. Later, she was led to Richmond, VA, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. While at VCU, she served under Pastor Vincent Mendenhall at The New Deliverance Tabernacle, where the Lord continued to stir and mature the gifts within her.
In obedience to the Holy Spirit, she transitioned to All Saints Apostolic Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Lona Rogers-Miller. On November 21, 2023, Tiffany preached her initial sermon and was ordained as a minister. Soon after, on March 10, 2024, she was publicly affirmed and ordained into the prophetic office.
Today, Prophetess Tiffany Rourk serves faithfully at All Saints Apostolic Ministries as a worship leader, youth coordinator, and in every capacity to which God calls her. With a heart burning for youth, the next generation, and the ministry of deliverance and freedom, she ministers with authenticity, power, and purpose. She strives for excellence in all she does, anchored in one of her favorite scriptures: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” — Colossians 3:23

Lovie Zeko is the author of "It Was in the Whisper," a powerful testimony of her healing journey from a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis to complete restoration through the quiet, sacred whisper of God. In her darkest moments, she discovered that healing and purpose are found not in chaos, but in stillness—where faith confronts fear. This divine encounter ignited her calling as a Minister, Teacher, Worshiper, and self-proclaimed Joyologist, sharing the truth that joy is not just emotion, but a spiritual weapon grounded in Nehemiah 8:10.
Lovie is the founder of two impactful ministries: Warriors Connected, a Christ-centered group that cultivates faith and community, and Sacred Whispers, a worship soundbath experience focused on healing through sound and stillness. With a thriving social media following of over 20,000, she uses her platforms as altars, hosting Testimony Tuesdays, worship sessions, and teaching that reignites faith and glorifies Jesus.
Beyond ministry, Lovie and her husband have successfully led a business in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad for over 20 years, earning accolades and recognition. However, her greatest fulfillment comes not from awards but from daily obedience to God's voice. Currently, she’s developing a worship music catalog and preparing to release the 365-Day Journal of the Word, guiding believers through Scripture.
