Higher Ground was born from a simple but powerful conviction: Every woman with a genuine calling deserves clear direction, healthy mentorship, and a pathway to commissioning.

For too long, gifted women have been stuck — wounded from past church experiences, unclear on their identity, frustrated in their assignment, or simply lacking access to quality ministry training that doesn't exploit or manipulate them.

They're consuming endless content but never actually moving forward. They're attending conferences that inspire but don't equip. They're hungry for breakthrough but don't know where to find it.

Higher Ground exists to change that.

In 2018, God placed a vision in my heart: to create a ministry training community specifically designed for women, built on a proven developmental framework, and committed to producing actual graduates and commissioned ministers - not just attendees.

That vision became the HEAR-BE-DO-REST pathway — a four-level system that meets women exactly where they are and guides them from wounded to willing to excellent, from confused to commissioned, from stuck to sent.

Today, Higher Ground serves women across multiple states and denominations, combining monthly live teaching, personal mentorship, city seminars, and an annual conference into a comprehensive ministry training experience that produces real, lasting transformation.
