WHAT IS HIGHER GROUND?

Higher Ground is a ministry training community specifically designed for women called to leadership and spiritual excellence. We use the HEAR-BE-DO-REST framework to guide women from exploring their calling all the way through to commissioning and launch. We're not just a conference ministry - we're producing interns, graduates, and active ministers annually through 5-Fold Ministry education and mentoring.

What does "5-Fold Ministry" mean?

The 5-Fold Ministry refers to the five ministry callings outlined in Ephesians 4:11 - Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher. Every believer operates in one or more of these graces. At Higher Ground, we help you discover which grace(es) you carry and teach you to operate in them with excellence.

What denominations do you work with?

Higher Ground welcomes women from all Spirit-filled, Christ-centered backgrounds. We focus on Kingdom principles and 5-Fold Ministry, which transcends denominational lines. Our community includes women from Pentecostal, Charismatic, Non-denominational, Baptist, and various other streams who believe in the active gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Who is this for?

Higher Ground is for women who:

• Feel genuinely called to ministry leadership

• Are healing from past church or ministry wounds

• Want to discover their specific 5-Fold calling

• Need mentorship to activate their Kingdom assignment

• Desire spiritual elevation and clarity

• Are serious about their spiritual growth (not casual consumers)

Who is this NOT for?

Higher Ground isn't the right fit if you're:

• Looking for passive content consumption only

• Not willing to attend live sessions

• Resistant to accountability and mentorship

• Not ready to engage with community

• Seeking entertainment rather than transformation

MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

Are the monthly calls recorded?

No. Our monthly teaching calls are live and closed-door only. We create protected space for vulnerable sharing and real-time breakthrough. You must attend live to participate. We provide written summaries, teaching notes, and resources afterward, but the live call experience cannot be replicated.
This is intentional. Real transformation happens in intimate, protected spaces where women feel safe to be vulnerable.

What if I miss a month?

Life happens, and we understand. Community members have access to our resource library with teaching notes, prophetic insights, and materials. However, the live call itself is not recorded. We strongly encourage prioritizing attendance to get the full benefit of the teaching, Q&A, and community connection.

When are the monthly calls?

Live community teaching calls are held the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Calls are 2 hours long (90 minutes teaching, 30 minutes Q&A/ministry time). You'll receive Zoom link reminders 3 days before, 1 day before, and 2 hours before each call.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, community memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime through your member portal. However, we encourage commitment to at least 3-6 months to see real transformation. Ministry Interns commit to a 12-month intensive for graduation eligibility.
